ERDF Funding

In late 2007, the LDA launched the London European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) 2007 to 2013 programme.

London’s new ERDF programme promotes sustainable, environmentally efficient growth that capitalises on London’s economic strengths, and promotes social inclusion by extending opportunities to communities in areas of greatest need.

The Prospectus builds on the Operational Programme which sets out the investment priorities for London ERDF, and provides information on the specific types of projects which will be supported, the application process, timetable, and the technical eligibility criteria.

There are three main priorities for which Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are welcomed:

  • Business innovation and research and promoting eco-efficiency
  • Access to new markets and access to finance
  • Sustainable places for business

For more information on the ERDF, visit the LDA website. The closing date for EOIs to be submitted to the European Programmes Management Unit at the LDA is 12.00 hours on Friday 1 February. All enquires can be directed to: erdf@lda.gov.uk.
